CREDENTIALING
Discipleship is a mandate given by the Lord before His ascension into heaven, recorded in Matthew 28:19.

To fulfill the Great Commission, we offer sponsorship for credentialing of individuals who are discipled to maturity and who have the heart for ministry.
ORDAINED MINISTER
Description
One who is a properly educated and/or trained minister with proven practical experience (This is the highest credential offered).
Qualifications

Must be actively serving in ministry (preferably in a leadership position) involved in and/or directly supporting Bible teaching, care ministry, and/or outreach with evidence of the Holy Spirit's equipping for this highest credential. An application submitted by your fully ordained sponsor (i.e. a senior pastor, an associate pastor, or a military chaplain) is required for your enrollment.

Must meet all Licensed Minister Qualifications, and successfully complete all required course material for the Ordained Minister Credentialing program:

Ordination
Christian Shield will sponsor individuals for ordination who have met the qualifications outlined above. The ordaining body is the Independent Assemblies of God International (IAOGI). IAOGI has been helping the Body of Christ since 1935 by providing a spiritual and legal covering for Ministers and Ministries.
A lay person who is qualified and certified to teach, visit the sick, minister in hospitals and jails, as well as assist in many of the functions of the church.
An individual qualified for evangelism, teaching, administration, and in some cases, pastoring (including the performance of marriage).

To register you must be willing to meet all qualifications listed above, and be willing to be credentialed by and enter into fellowship with IAOGI.
