Christian Missions

Christian Missions have five main categories:

Local, Regional, National, International, and Communal Christian Missions.

Local Christian Missions

Individual sovereign missions comprised of UCC planted missions, and of those which come into the fellowship of UCC.

Regional Christian Missions

A focus on specified regions of the nation and regions of foreign nations.

National Christian Missions

A focus on broad ministry to the nation.

International Christian Missions

A focus on broad ministry to entire foreign nations.

Communal Christian Missions

Communal efforts to accomplish designated missions which can be Specified or Merged Ministry.

  • Specified Ministry

Collaboration of all three UCC branches (Adoration, Missions, Seed) for specific missions.

  • Merged Ministry

The integration of any branch, or any two, or all three UCC branches in collaboration with partner missions for specifically designated communal efforts.

Ministry of Missions focuses on practical needs of people in communities as outreach efforts. Ministry of Missions is as diverse as the various communities we reach within the context of the unique challenges each community presents to the Spirit of God.

This mission is overseen by the Senior Minister of Christian Missions.

The fellowship of His beloved is God’s vehicle for doing “exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen” (Ephesians 3:20-21).
