To the Vice Senior Minister, Minister of Regeneration, Minister of Governance, and Minister of Dunamis, along with the Overseer of Communal Overseer of Ministers, Overseer of Merged Ministry, Overseer of Heaven's Aid, Overseer of Specified Ministry, Overseer of Operational Element Ministry, Overseer of Communal Action Party, Overseer of Sub-Merged Ministry, Overseer of Missions Element Ministry, Minister of Missions, Minister of Seed, and Minister of Adoration.

Heaven's Aid has a global mission which is hereby established to provide aid and oversight of Universal Citadel Consortium (UCC) missions throughout the world. The Heaven's Aid area of vigilance, intercession, and mission oversight is broken up by nation with priorities based on levels of Christian persecution ranging from extreme, to very high, to high, to increasing. It will be an indispensable practice to build healthy ministry relationships with UCC and non-UCC Christian missions throughout the world for the success of intercessory efforts.

The Minister of Adoration is appointed, as subordinate to the Minister of Dunamis, to serve as Heaven's Aid Overseer, and as advisor reporting directly to the Overseer of Merged Ministries regarding Heaven's Aid missions. Heaven's Aid responsibilities are to be carried out under oversight of the Overseer of Operational Element Ministry, Overseer of Communal Action Party, Overseer of Sub-Merged Ministry, and Overseer of Missions Element Ministry, all which will remain under administrative oversight of the Minister of Adoration as it pertains to Heaven's Aid.

I have provisioned guidance to all Communal Ministers in the Communal Oversight Plan.

My prayers are with all persecuted Christians around the world, and with the Overseers and Ministers who serve in the Heaven's Aid area of missions, as well as with those from other Ministry Aids throughout the Universal Citadel Consortium who provide support and assistance to Heaven's Aid missions, with partnering non-UCC Christian missions, and with all who love our Lord in the true faith and unfailing hope held out for us in the gospel of God's grace for us in Christ.
