UCCOF Senior Minister I Provisioned on: September 20, 2019

To the Vice Senior Minister, Minister of Regeneration, Minister of Governance, and Minister of Dunamis, along with the Minister of Seed, Senior Minister of Foreign Seed, Overseer of Communal Overseer of Ministers, and Overseer of Merged Ministry.

International Ministry has a global mission which is hereby established to provide aid and oversight of Universal Citadel Consortium (UCC) missions throughout the world. The International Ministry area of vigilance, intercession, and mission oversight focuses foremost on nations where Christian persecution is extreme, very high, high, or increasing. It will be an indispensable practice to build healthy ministry relationships with UCC and non-UCC Christian missions throughout the world for the success of

International Ministry efforts.

The Senior Minister of Foreign Seed is appointed, as subordinate to the Minister of Seed and the Minister of Dunamis, to serve as the International Ministry Overseer in regards to Foreign Seed missions for the spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ, and as advisor reporting directly to the Overseer of Merged Ministries regarding Foreign Seed missions. Merged Ministry Foreign Seed responsibilities are to be carried out under oversight of the Overseer of Operational Element Ministry, Overseer of Communal Action Party, Overseer of Sub-Merged Ministry, and Overseer of Missions Element Ministry, all which will remain under administrative oversight of the Minister of Seed as it pertains to Foreign Seed Missions.

I will provision guidance in the Communal Oversight Plan (COP).

My prayers are with all persecuted Christians around the world, and with the Overseers and Ministers who serve in Foreign Seed Missions, as well as with those of Ministry Aids throughout the Universal Citadel Consortium who provide support and assistance to Foreign Seed Missions, with partnering non-UCC Christian missions, and with all who love our Lord, especially those being persecuted for their faith, for the hope held out in the gospel, and for their unfailing love for our God and our Lord Jesus Christ.
