To the Minister of Dunamis, along with the Overseer of Communal Overseer of Ministers, Overseer of Merged Ministry, Overseer of Southern Aid, Overseer of Specified Ministry, Overseer of Operational Element Ministry, Overseer of Communal Action Party, Overseer of Sub-Merged Ministry, Overseer of Missions Element Ministry, Minister of Missions, Minister of Seed, and Minister of Adoration.

The Southern Aid area of ministry includes 31 countries and 16 dependencies and areas of special sovereignty. Southern Aid area of ministry includes the land mass of Latin America south of Mexico, the waters adjacent to Central and South America, and the Caribbean Sea.

The Overseer of Merged Ministries is appointed, as subordinate to the Minister of Dunamis, to serve as Southern Aid Overseer, and as advisor reporting directly to the Overseer of Communal Overseer of Ministers regarding Southern Aid missions. Southern Aid responsibilities are to be carried out under oversight of the Overseer of Operational Element Ministry, Overseer of Communal Action Party, Overseer of Sub-Merged Ministry, and Overseer of Missions Element Ministry, all which will remain under administrative oversight of the Minister of Missions, Minister of Seed, or Minister of Adoration.

I have provisioned guidance to all Communal Ministers in the Communal Oversight Plan.

My prayers are with all the Overseers and Ministers who serve in Southern Aid area of missions, as well as with those from other Ministry Aids throughout the Universal Citadel Consortium who provide support and assistance to Southern Aid missions, with partnering non-UCC Christian missions, and with all who love our Lord in the true faith and unfailing hope held out for us in the gospel of God's grace for us in Christ.
