

Your ministry with UCC officially begins with Foundational Ministry Training. It is a growing experience both mentally and spiritually which will help transform you into a confident missionary with the skills and assurance you need to flourish as a member of the UCC.
Preparation
The actual process of joining the Universal Citadel Consortium is quite simple, and you will be guided every step of the way. There are requirements and evaluations to ensure you are ready to minister in the UCC. Our Regular Access Program will help prepare you for a successful start.
Course 1
Designed to challenge you both mentally and physically, you will learn the basics of missions life and prepare yourself for the mental, spiritual, and practical requirements.
Course 2
Learn about the UCC's proud history and rich heritage as you begin preparing for your role as an overseer in our Lord’s kingdom.
Course 3
As you continue to develop spiritually into becoming an overseer you will also begin to develop your character and leadership skills as well as learn how to conduct yourself for Christian witness.
Course 4
Before you can learn the ministry skills associated with your specific mission, you must first learn what it means to be an overseer and how to live up to the standards that come with being a minister in the kingdom of our Lord.
Course 5
You’ll prepare for spiritual warfare including how to handle stress, wisdom for spiritual warfare, and what your role is in countering diverse oppositions to the kingdom of God such as false teachings.
Course 6
Final evaluations of your spiritual fitness and ministry skills will begin to take place while you continue to learn more about your role in building the kingdom of God including how to handle anti-Christ opposition.
Course 7
Regarded as the most challenging and rewarding week of UCC foundational training, you will begin honing your skills through field missions training and opposition scenarios designed to bring out the overseer and protector of the Lord's flock in you.
Course 8
You will celebrate your accomplishment with other UCC affiliated Christians with a graduation recognition as part of a ministry service.
